Biography

Mark L. Pickett joined HPSS law in December 2024 as an Associate of the firm, with expertise in Commercial Construction, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Contracts, Contract Negotiation, and General Construction Law.

Prior to joining HPSS, Mark was an associate attorney at an Atlanta law firm where his practice focused on surety and construction law. Mark also served as a Staff Attorney for a nonprofit law firm where his practice covered a wide range of civil litigation matters. During law school, Mark developed his contract interpretation and negotiation skills at a real estate closing firm in Atlanta.

Mark graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law with honors. Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
