Mark P. Sutter is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney. As an attorney and prosecutor for the State’s Attorney’s Office prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sutter personally tried over 350 combined civil and criminal bench and jury trials. He has also successfully argued numerous cases before the Illinois Appellate Courts. Mr. Sutter is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association as well as the Illinois State Bar Association. Mr. Sutter earned his degree from The DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and was previously educated at Arizona State University and Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois. Mr. Sutter is an active participant and contributor to many philanthropic and fund-raising events. He is also passionate about youth sports, serving as a coach and mentor to many children in his community. Mr. Sutter is married and has three children.
