Mark P. Sutter is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney. As an attorney and prosecutor for the State’s Attorney’s Office prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sutter personally tried over 350 combined civil and criminal bench and jury trials. He has also successfully argued numerous cases before the Illinois Appellate Courts. Since 2005, Mr. Sutter has applied his vast trial and negotiation skills to the cause of representing hundreds of victims of serious injury and wrongful death. As a former partner of Sutter & Ori, LLC and as the current CEO/Managing Member of the Sutter Law Group, LLC, Mr. Sutter has been highly successful in securing millions of dollars in awards for injured victims and their families. Mr. Sutter earned his degree from The DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and was previously educated at Arizona State University and Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois. Mr. Sutter is an active participant and contributor to many philanthropic and fund-raising events. He is also passionate about youth sports, serving as a coach and mentor to many children in his community. Mr. Sutter is married and has three children.
