Mr. Weichselbaum has worked for the Law firm of Lerner & Greenberg since early 1998, and specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of semiconductors, data and voice communications, signal processing, computer devices, power electronics, robotics, automotive electronics, and numerous other types of electronic circuits.

His previous legal employment includes positions as a Technical Advisor and as an Attorney performing patent prosecution at the Law firm Of Walker, McKenzie & Walker. His previous engineering employment includes working in the defense industry as an Electrical Engineer at Emerson Electric. Mr. Weichselbaum earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the University of Florida in 1985 while attaining the distinction of being named to the Deans list several times and being invited to join the Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Societies.

Mr. Weichselbaum earned the degree of Juris Doctorate in 1996 from the University of Memphis and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Law and Economics.
