Mark S. Nemeth graduated cum laude in 1987 from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his law degree, cum laude, from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993. Mr. Nemeth is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Nemeth concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. He has extensive experience in the areas of labor law, products liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and employment discrimination litigation.
