Mark Smith is a longtime first-assistant district attorney. He has been with the office for over 25 years. He is approachable by defense counsel, which is easier said than done, considering he represents the interest of the Commonwealth in each case he handles. He is more than competent in all aspects of his work, but is never condescending to other counsel, law enforcement, witnesses, and victims. Read less
