Biography

Mark Silverman is a seasoned attorney licensed in Illinois since 2005. He began his legal career at a boutique firm in Rockford, Illinois, before establishing his own practice in Chicago in 2008. Mark has successfully represented clients before Illinois trial courts and the Illinois Appellate Court, where his advocacy has led to several favorable reversals and the establishment of new legal precedent. Since 2015, Mark has maintained an active immigration practice in Chicago, guiding clients through complex matters to secure citizenship, permanent residency, and various visas. In October 2024, Mark, alongside his partner Bharinee Chestapanich, assumed leadership of American Immigration Law Group in Saint Louis, Missouri. He brings a client-focused approach and a wealth of legal acumen and experience to both trial and immigration matters.
