Mark W. Maguire

Mark W. Maguire is recognized by his peers as one of Oklahoma’s premiere civil litigation defense attorneys. Mr. Maguire is a trial lawyer who has successfully defended thousands of cases over a twenty-plus year legal career. Mr. Maguire is the go-to defense counsel in Oklahoma for some of the Nation’s top insurance companies and Fortune 500 companies for challenging cases with high exposure. Among other industries, Mr. Maguire represents the fast-food industry, convenience store retailers, and automobile insurance companies and their insureds in numerous personal injury lawsuits across the State of Oklahoma.

Mr. Maguire has a broad litigation practice and has handled hundreds of cases involving personal injury, premises liability, auto liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, negligence, products liability, and commercial law. Mr. Maguire is a proven trial lawyer and has successfully taken numerous cases to jury verdict throughout Oklahoma.

Active in the community, Mr. Maguire served as a volunteer at Christ the King Catholic Church and has co-chaired the Saint Francis of Assisi Tuition Assistance Fund Gala. Mr. Maguire also served as one of the adult leaders for the Y-Disciple youth group.

Mr. Maguire is a 1989 graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Mr. Maguire received his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting in 1986. While at Oklahoma State University, Mr. Maguire was a member of the Honorary Fraternities of Blue Key, Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma.
