Marshall Frasher is a Partner in the Irvine office of Resnick & Louis P.C. Marshall is a civil litigator with more than thirty-five years of trial, arbitration and mediation experience in multiple California and Federal Court venues including Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Tulare, Fresno, Kings, Inyo, Mono, Sacramento, Placer, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Sonoma, Monterey, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus counties and the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is experienced in all phases of litigation including pleading, discovery, law and motion, jury selection and trial, appeals, settlement negotiation and release agreement drafting. Marshall has conducted more than a thousand discovery depositions including hundreds of expert witness depositions of physicians, economists, and engineers. Additionally, he is well versed in the interplay between third party liability claims and workers’ compensation subrogation claims.Marshall is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
