Martha C. Broadnax

Martha is an associate in our insurance practice groups.

Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, Martha was an associate at an international law firm supporting high-profile clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

Martha earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she was actively involved in the Pro Bono Honor Society, Moot Court Board (serving as President), Black Law Students Association, and other leadership roles. Her honors also included being a Law In Action Scholar and a recipient of the Wisconsin State Bar Diversity Clerkship Program. While in law school, Martha served as a Student Attorney, providing support in post-conviction appeals for clients facing long-term incarceration, litigating criminal appeals and sentence modifications, and conducting intake interviews for the Innocence Project of Wisconsin.

Martha graduated summa cum laude from Iowa State University with a B.A. in Political Science. There she held leadership roles including serving as President of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
