Martin Mack brings substantial experience in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions both across the United States and internationally. He advises a diverse client base-including developers, real estate investors and lenders-on the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of various asset classes, including condominiums, hotels, retail, office, multifamily and other commercial properties. Martin’s practice includes significant experience in equity and debt financing structures, such as mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity, construction financing and joint ventures.
