Martin Lopez Ortega is currently on secondment to a client.

Martin Lopez Ortega is a member of the Corporate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office. He focuses on corporate and business matters, with additional experience in competition law.

Martin assists clients with company incorporations, concentration notifications, and business-related matters for both international and national businesses and subsidiaries based in Mexico. His work also encompasses commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, compliance policies, and data protection.

In the antitrust arena, Martin provides insights from a corporate perspective of concentration notifications and assists with submissions and documents related to procedures before government authorities.

He is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling him to work on cross-border matters.
