Biography

Martina Teinert is a Family Law Attorney and serves Of Counsel to IRWIN & IRWIN, with offices in Fullerton and Newport Beach, California.

Ms. Teinert graduated from the University of Southern California in 2007, and graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2010. She was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.

Ms. Teinert immediately formed a solo practice as a criminal defense and family law attorney. She has extensive litigation experience after almost a decade of law practice and has appeared in all of the Superior Courthouses in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. From misdemeanor DUI charges to Attempted Murder, Martina has enjoyed much success in defending the accused in criminal jury trials, many of which have resulted in Not Guilty verdicts where her client was released from custody that same day. Martina has taken the experience she developed in the trenches of the criminal courts and used it to gain a substantial advantage in family law litigation where she achieves the best possible result for her clients.

Ms. Teinert was a founding member of the North Orange County Bar Association and remains as a member for the Orange County Bar Association Family Law Division.

Ms. Teinert limits her practice with IRWIN & IRWIN to Family Law matters. She currently accepts cases in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
