Biography

Mary has practiced law for over thirty years, primarily in the areas of real estate and contract law.

Mary received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Bridgeport in 1977 and a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law in 1983.

Prior to joining Simses & Associates, Mary spent fifteen years with Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services in Valhalla, New York. As Assistant General Counsel, she provided legal advice in areas including real estate, contracts, employment law, tax law, and litigation.

Mary is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations. She also holds a Florida real estate sales associate’s license.
