Biography

Maryteresa Reen Clark was raised in Buffalo, New York. She earned her BA in Rhetoric and Communications from SUNY at Albany, in Albany, New York. She earned her JD from SUNY at Buffalo, School of Law, in Buffalo, New York.

Ms. Clark is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's complex litigation department. She provides review and research on key issues and documents, as well as pre-trial litigation assistance in connection with class actions and toxic tort environmental and personal exposure lawsuits.

Prior to Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Clark was a litigator, specializing in family law and bankruptcy matters. She also worked as in-house counsel for manufacturing and marketing companies, specializing in corporate promotional items, sport and event sponsorships and sales promotions.

Ms. Clark is licensed to practice in all state courts within New York State and the State of Georgia, as well as the Western District of Georgia, United States District Court.

Ms. Clark is married with 3 children and lives in Novi, Michigan.
