Biography

Mason Schultz joined Hale Skemp’s litigation team in 2018 and maintains a broad-based trial practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He handles personal injury, business disputes, insurance-defense, and employment-law matters, and supports clients through all phases of litigation from investigation to trial. Mason also helps clients navigate administrative claims before the Department of Workforce Development and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to courtroom work, he counsels employers on personnel matters and prepares practical employment documents, including employee handbooks and employment agreements.
