Biography

Matt Conn's practice primarily involves the representation of individuals and businesses in a variety of civil matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Conn has experience in insurance coverage litigation, business disputes, personal injury actions and the representation of blasting contractors. Mr. Conn also has experience in complex multi-party and class action environmental litigation in federal court.

Mr. Conn has been admitted to practice on a pro hac basis in the states of Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the Birmingham Bar Association.

Mr. Conn received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Conn is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

In 2014, Mr. Conn was named to the Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" selections for civil litigation.
