Matthew A. Smith

Matthew Smith is a true local, born and raised in Noblesville. Back in high school, he was big into baseball and wrestling, which likely gave him the competitive edge and discipline he uses in his legal practice today. He headed to Ball State for his undergrad, where he didn't just focus on his legal and business studies; he spent a ton of his free time volunteering for groups like CASA and the Salvation Army. That heart for service eventually led him to law school at Ohio Northern University. While he was there, he got some great hands-on experience at the university’s legal clinic and even interned with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. That internship was a perfect fit, as it gave him a deep look at the specific employment issues real people face every day across the state. Now, he’s focused on combining that background in employment law with his genuine desire to help his community. He’s the kind of advocate who works hard to make a real difference for his clients, ensuring they have a knowledgeable and compassionate voice in their corner.
