Matthew “Bo” Gay is a Partner at the Louisville law firm of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP, where his main areas of practice are trucking accidents, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, negligence, products liability, tort liability, premises liability, wrongful death, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and employment matters. Mr. Gay is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and has handled or tried many cases involving high¬stakes litigation and severely injured or deceased plaintiffs in both federal and state court. He has also successfully argued many appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Kentucky Supreme Court in cases involving tort claims, medical malpractice, employment, and immunity issues. Mr. Gay earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville School of Law.
