Biography

Matthew Lefkowitz is an Attorney licensed to practice law in New York State. He received his B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

While in Law School, Matthew was a Judicial Intern for the Criminal Court of the City of New York and was also an Intern for the Queen's District Attorney's Office Career Criminal and Major Crimes Bureau. Matthew has also participated as a Children's Law Bureau intern for the Legal Aid Society Children's Law Bureau. In addition, Matthew has also worked in personal injury firms as an intern. He has received the CALI "Excellence For The Future Award" for excellent achievement in the study of Street Law. He has also received an Award for Special Service to the Public and Community.
