Matthew C. Shapiro is a

breaches of fiduciary duty, conflicts between surviving spouses and children

complex trust matters and litigating numerous trust disputes. He has also
served in various court-appointed roles, including curator, personal representative,

A lifelong resident of
Volusia County, born and raised in Ormond Beach, Mr. Shapiro is a dedicated
community member. He currently serves on the Ormond Beach Neighborhood
Improvement Advisory Board and is the president of the Dunn-Blount Inn of
American Inns of Court. His leadership extends to previous roles, including
President of the Volusia County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, general
counsel for the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Volusia Young
Professionals Group, and director for the Volusia County Bar Association.
