Biography

Matt Doz has almost twenty years of experience as a dedicated litigator and at managing and solving toxic tort injury claims. Mr. Doz currently devotes much of his practice to the defense of multi-national corporations from toxic substance injury claims. He has been extensively involved in asbestos injury litigation since 2001 and has defended numerous companies, from small, family-owned businesses to Dow Industrial components, in various State and Federal jurisdictions. Those defendants have included product manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, employers, premises owners, and friction product manufacturers and users.

Matt has experience in various areas including motor vehicle and premises injury litigation, products liability litigation, toxic and mass tort litigation, professional malpractice litigation, and contract litigation. He has been regularly involved in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial and appellate practice.
