Biography

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree at University of California at Berkeley and his law degree at University of Southern California. He has been licensed to practice law since 2005. He has practiced in a number of areas of law, including landlord-tenant and real estate. His main focus is litigation, though he has extensive experience with transactional work as well.

Matthew has dealt with a wide range of landlord-tenant issues, including rent stabilization, unlawful detainers, and breach of covenant disputes. He has experience in drafting a variety of real estate documents, including leases (both commercial and residential), trust deeds, and purchase agreements.

Matthew was born and raised in Los Angeles and he is a sports enthusiast, playing everything from basketball to golf.
