Matthew Miller-Novak was raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He moved to Cincinnati with his wife, Jamie, in 2001 to achieve his M.F.A in painting and drawing at the University of Cincinnati. After graduate school, Matt spent several years exhibiting his art, instructing art at Northern Kentucky University, and raising his son, Liam. Matt later decided to attend Chase School of Law because he wanted to devote his life to helping others. He is client-focused, and he is a passionate advocate. Matt still exhibits art, he plays guitar at his church, and he volunteers in his community during his free time.
