Biography

Matt handles REO matters, drafts and reviews contracts, and conducts residential real estate closings. Previously, Matt was a clerk for the Honorable R. Ferrell Cothran, Jr., Third Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. He has also been an intern for the Honorable Paige Gossett, Federal Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Before pursuing a legal career, Matt was a coastal engineer in Florida where he handled permitting and design. He earned an M.S. in Coastal Engineering from the University of Florida in 2006.
