Biography

Mr. Breuer focuses on real estate and banking law. He has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters and specializes in real estate finance as he represents national, regional and local lending institutions in a wide variety of secured lending transactions. Mr. Breuer also has extensive experience representing clients in the workout of distressed credits.Mr. Breuer was a member of the Order of the Coif at the University of Florida. He has been named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and to The Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. He is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Lighthouse Lacrosse Foundation and a member of the Class of 2012 of Leadership Jacksonville. Mr. Breuer has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 - 2018 Editions of Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Banking and Finance Law. Additionally, he has been selected for inclusion in the 2017 - 2018 Editions of Best Lawyers in America in the practice are of Real Estate Law.
