Matthew Holycross: Attorney with Springer & Steinberg, P.C.

Biography

Before coming to Springer and Steinberg, Matt worked in a civil plaintiffs' law firm in Ohio where he brought employment discrimination lawsuits, including ADA, sexual harassment, age/sex discrimination, and hostile work environment. Matt joined Springer and Steinberg in 2009.

In Matt's Own Words
Armed with my blue collar Ohio background and work experience, I identify with civil plaintiffs more than any other category of litigant because it feels as though I am accomplishing something, that I am fixing something, that I am solving a problem.

I enjoy civil litigation because I fix problems caused by someone else for clients who genuinely deserve to have their problem fixed. I particularly enjoy helping those who may not have the ability to do so themselves, and often times are at a disadvantage.
