Biography

Matt Frank provides strategic advice and legal counsel to clients on policy and regulatory matters involving environmental law, natural resources, renewable energy development and sustainability practices. He brings a deep understanding of the evolving and regulatory landscape of climate change, and can assist businesses, municipalities and organizations as they respond to governmental action and vendor actions to reduce carbon emissions.
