Decades Practicing Law

Mr. Kovschak started practicing law in 1986. He joined the long-established Polk County law firm of Bradley Johnson, concentrating his practice on business law and commercial litigation, including the representation of individuals and businesses before the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Help for the Full Life Cycle of a Business

Thanks to his decades as an attorney, Mr. Kovschak can help guide clients through different stages in the life of a business. This includes the initial formation of a business, restructuring to keep a business alive, and dissolution once a business has reached an end. Clients can count on this holistic insight.

Mediation Services to Avoid Court

Not all business law cases have to go to trial. Mr. Kovschak can suggest alternative methods of resolution such as mediation. This allows clients to avoid lengthy and expensive court battles. Instead, mediation allows all parties to work out differences and arrive at mutually agreeable compromises.

After law school, Mr. Kovschak wanted to return home to Polk County. He grew up in Fort Meade, where his father served as Chief of Police and his mother was the administrative assistant for the principal of Fort Meade High School.
