Matthew J. Kovschak

Matthew J. Kovschak is an experienced attorney keenly focused in business and corporate law, bankruptcy, reorganization, and mediation. He also provides litigation support in family law and appellate cases. Since beginning his legal career in 1986, Mr. Kovschak has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive legal counsel to individuals and businesses alike.

Starting his practice with the Polk County law firm Bradley Johnson, Mr. Kovschak concentrated on business law and commercial litigation, including representation before the United States Bankruptcy Court.
