Experience: Representative Matters: Represented Westwind Capital on both the investment vehicle set-up and acquisition and vendor financing of a circa 110 million corporate portfolio of residential assets.; Advised Paloma Capital in connection with the corporate acquisition of two entities that were running a self-storage business across three separate self-storage sites based in Dorking, Leatherhead, and Reading.; Represented Tristan Capital Partners on the ongoing management of the Holborn Links Estate (now rebranded as the Bloomsbury Quarter), situated in the heart of London.
