Biography

Matthew Lee focuses his practice on commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.

He represents corporate and individual clients in commercial disputes in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. Lee also has experience representing clients in shareholder derivative actions brought on behalf of publicly traded companies.

During law school, Mr. Lee was a member of Boston University School of Law’s Review of Banking and Financial Law and served as President of Boston University School of Law’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
