Matt Morrow is a shareholder at Brown Borkowski & Morrow. Matt is an attorney who specializes in Corporate Law, Entity Formations, Business Transactions, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Construction Law, Landlord/Tenant, and Estate Planning Law. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, class of 2013, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy as well as Political Science. Mr. Morrow graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Michigan State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2016 and was admitted to the Michigan State Bar Association that same year. While in law school, Mr. Morrow served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Business and Securities Law and as a member of the Arbitration Competition team. In 2017, Mr. Morrow graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a LL.M. in Real Property Development. Prior to joining Brown Borkowski & Morrow, Mr. Morrow was a legal intern at Holland & Knight in the real estate department of their Miami office. Mr. Morrow advises clients in all facets of Corporate Law, Corporate Transactions, and Real Estate Law. His previous representations have included matters involving commercial lease and real estate sales transactions, from small residential homes to multi-million dollar inter-state developments; forming multi-tiered business structures for income property ventures; as well as providing guidance on corporate governance to new and established business entities.
