Biography

Matthew R. Lucas was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990, after receiving his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Mr. Lucas has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Solano County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He is a past President of the Solano County Bar Association. Mr. Lucas practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance and municipality defense, and estate planning and administration.
