Biography

Since his admission to the Florida Bar in 2006, Matthew Shilling has successfully litigated personal injury and insurance disputes throughout Florida’s state and federal courts. Mr. Shilling takes great pride in having achieved successful outcomes for his clients in personal injury and property damage cases arising from auto accidents, premises falls, dog bites, defective products, negligent security and other traumatic events. Mr. Shilling is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida. His other active memberships include the Palm Beach County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Prior to graduating from Nova Southeastern’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2005, Mr. Shilling studied abroad in Cuernavaca, Mexico. While an undergraduate student at the University of Florida, Mr. Shilling’s primary areas of study included political science, international relations and economics.
