Matthew Stephen Forlizzi

Attorney Matthew Forlizzi has devoted his professional career to personal injury litigation, fighting to protect the rights of people who have been injured by no fault of their own. A zealous advocate, Attorney Forlizzi does not back down from insurance companies and ensures that his clients receive fair and just compensation for their injuries.

A Massachusetts native, Attorney Forlizzi began his legal career as an associate attorney in his father’s personal injury firm, where he represented clients injured in automobile, slip and fall, and motorcycle accidents, as well as handling wrongful death and premises liability claims. He was also appointed to the Essex County Bar Advocate Program where he represented clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors who could not afford counsel.

Prior to joining Carter Mario Law Firm, Attorney Forlizzi was a trial attorney at a mid-size personal injury firm in New Jersey, where he tried numerous cases to verdict and skillfully negotiated out of court settlements for his clients. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

In his free time, Attorney Forlizzi enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is a former collegiate basketball player and an avid runner who has completed several marathons.
