Biography

Matthew T. Amaro is a Central Valley native, who joined Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP, in 2015. He has practiced law since his admission to the State Bar of California in 2011, advising clients in business and corporate law transactional matters, civil litigation, trust and probate litigation, trust and probate administration, estate planning, and family law.Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California in 2002, and was awarded a United Agribusiness League Scholarship Award, and was a member of the Dean's List. Prior to attending law school, Matthew worked in the office of United States Senator Barbara Boxer. Matthew received his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law, where he was awarded a Dean's Honor Scholarship. Matthew began his practice in Southern California prior to returning to the Central Valley with Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP.
