Matthew W. Langenberg

Burg Simpson trial attorney Matthew Langenberg is a personal injury lawyer who represents those who have been severely injured through the fault of another. He currently specializes in serious and complex cases and has almost a decade of experience as a litigator in personal injury. He handles cases involving auto crashes, personal injury incidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle collisions, and cases involving wrongful death.

Completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri in 2006, he earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2009. In 2011, he also obtained a Master of Law Degree (LLM) in Energy & Environment, with distinction.

Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Langenberg litigated in a wide variety of areas including personal injury, maritime, construction disputes, workers’ compensation, and handled cases involving insurance issues. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Washington State, and Louisiana. He is a current member of the Colorado Bar Association.
