Maureen M. Pritchard is the principal and founder of Wheatley Pritchard & Associates PLLC, a boutique firm with a focus on Trust and Estates, business succession planning, and business entity formation. With over 15 years of legal experience, Maureen has dedicated her career to empowering clients by providing them with the knowledge necessary for informed decision-making about their valuable assets. Her expertise extends to litigating commercial and real estate cases in New York State Courts. Maureen also serves small businesses as outsourced counsel, assisting with entity formation, asset transactions, and corporate restructuring. Her skill set includes preparing executive contracts and formation documents such as buy-sell, shareholder, partnership, and operating agreements.
