In her position as Judge she regularly ignores established legal principles in favor of her personal, and far-fetched, ideas of social justice. She is anything but impartial. She is dilatory in her duties and causes additional cost to litigants because of her failure to issue timely rulings. She is either completey ignorant of the law or chooses to ignore it; neither is an appealing attribute for a judge. Worst of all, there is no sign that Judge King even cares about upholding Indiana law.
