Maxwell C. Agha

Maxwell C. Agha is the founder and driving force behind Banker's Hill Law Firm, A.P.C. After graduating with honors from Seattle Pacific University and earning his law degree from the University of San Diego, Maxwell didn't just jump into practice—he sharpened his skills through a prestigious judicial clerkship. This allowed him to see the law from the judge’s perspective, a vantage point that serves his clients well today. His background is incredibly diverse, ranging from private civil litigation to working with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Chief Prosecutor for the Southern District of California. This experience gave him the tools to fight for victims of personal and work-related injuries, leading to millions of dollars in settlements. Maxwell is also a graduate of the Lanier Trial Academy, having trained under legendary trial lawyer Mark Lanier. Beyond the courtroom, he serves as an arbitrator for the San Diego County Bar Association and is a frequent legal commentator in the media. At home, Maxwell is a dedicated family man who loves reading, soccer, and long walks with his wife and their dog, Maui.
