Maya Finkelstein is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. She focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition and financing of renewable energy projects, as well as emerging company and venture capital matters, business combinations, and general corporate governance issues. Maya handles matters across various industries, including renewable energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, medical technology, life sciences and retail.
