Meagan Elizabeth Joseph Sanchez is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. She primarily focuses her practice in the area of general civil litigation, including first party property.

Ms. Sanchez obtained her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.

During law school, Ms. Sanchez served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Linda Ann Wells of Florida's 3rd District Court of Appeal. She was member of the Moot Court Team and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinical Program offered by St. Thomas University College of Law. While in the clinic, Ms. Sanchez worked as a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and successfully argued cases before Florida's 3rd District Court of Appeal.

Prior to joining the Cole, Scott & Kissane family, Ms. Sanchez worked as an attorney for an insurance defense firm where she gained experience handling matters in first party property.
