Biography

Megan is a member of the Casualty Department where she focuses her practice in the areas of automobile and trucking liability, premise liability, and product liability.

Prior to becoming an associate at Marshall Dennehey, Megan practiced as an attorney at North Penn Legal Services. Her areas of practice included a wide range of litigation while representing the most vulnerable members of society. Prior to her position at North Penn, Megan clerked for the Honorable Jennifer Harlacher Sibum of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas.

In 2020, Megan received her juris doctor from Penn State Law. While at Penn State Law, Megan served as a certified legal intern with the Penn State Law Family Law Clinic. She also interned with the Honorable Jennifer L. Rogers of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. Megan volunteered her time as Co-Vice Chair of Penn State Law Benefiting THON along with volunteering as a Law Lion Ambassador.

Megan is a lifelong resident of Luzerne County. She was born in the Back Mountain and attended Lake-Lehman High School and Misericordia University.
