Biography

Megan E. Verbos is an experienced litigator, who specializes in Medical Malpractice and regularly represents and defends healthcare practitioners and major medical centers in medical malpractice matters.

Megan has handled a multitude of complicated medical malpractice cases and brings a wealth of experience in not only the legal field but also in the medical field, as she still actively practices as a Registered Nurse. Megan’s unique background has assisted her in defending clients at depositions, examining witnesses, and honing in on critical legal and medical issues with each case.

Megan also provides pro bono services on an immigration case through the Safe Passage Project. In addition, she is a member of the New York City Bar Association Health Law and Medical Malpractice Committees
