Megan Ebenschweiger Schultz

Megan Ebenschweiger is an associate at Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker. Megan joined RKPT in 2016 as a law clerk during law school and became an associate in 2018. She concentrates her practice on helping closely held businesses and their owners navigate a wide variety of legal issues such as formation, financing, operations, and real estate transactions. She helps businesses meet their long-term objections and guides them through succession planning. Megan’s practice also includes representing buyers and sellers in complex merger and acquisition transactions.

In addition to her corporate practice, Megan assists clients in personal planning, helping families to draft estate plans to meet their objectives. She focuses on helping clients prepare all of the documents necessary not only to manage their assets after death but to do so in a personalized and efficient manner.
