Biography

As a trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience, Melinda Ghilardi brings her exceptional experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system in both state and federal court to advocate on behalf of Munley Law’s clients and the injuries they have suffered. Melinda joined Munley in 2019 and currently focuses her practice on business interruption, mediations, arbitrations and nursing home cases.

Melinda began her impressive career as an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County and then transitioned to work as a First Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for nearly three decades. A social worker at heart, Melinda fights for clients while practicing cutting edge law to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
