Melissa Solevilla began her career in personal injury
law as a receptionist in 1999, soon realizing her passion for advocating for
the injured and disabled. Driven by this calling, she pursued law and began
practicing in 2012. After 18 years working alongside Katherine Neal, Melissa
co-founded Neal & Solevilla Personal Injury Lawyers in December 2023. The
firm is committed to representing clients in cases involving car accidents,
slip and falls, wrongful death, and other negligence-based claims. Melissa also
possesses unique skills in crematory and cemetery malpractice, fighting for
justice and dignity in sensitive situations. Her personal experience with a
severe accident while pregnant gives her a deep empathy for her clients’
challenges. Melissa is known for her dedication to personalized service,
ensuring that each client feels valued and understood from their first meeting
through the claims process. She holds degrees from Florida Southern College and
Stetson Law School, and is licensed in Florida. Melissa is a member of The
Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar Association. Outside the office, she is a
wife, mother of four, and actively volunteers with local school and community
organizations.
