Biography

Melissa Waldinger is the founder of the Law Offices of Melissa Waldinger, P.A. She has practiced extensively in Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate since 2001. Her practice now focuses primarily on all areas of Family Law, including Child Custody (Time Sharing), Child Support, Paternity, Alimony, Supplemental Petitions for Modification (Post-Divorce Filings), Post-Modification Support Orders, and Domestic Violence.

Melissa earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Melissa was admitted to practice law in 2001 and has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of Florida, including both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and has been in her own Private Practice since 2003. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar as well as the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar, the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
