Ms. Collar has excellent knowledge regarding construction contracts and the varioius forms of contracts used within the industry. She is very familiar with all terms and context. However, Ms. Collar is not always practical in the application of the contracts, and often demands terms that are very one-sided. This tendency delays the negotiation process and creates tensions at the beginning of projects that could be avoided. If she were more practical she would be more effective. Read less
