Melissa Segers

Melissa Segers is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with over ten years of trial and litigation experience. A graduate of Duke University and Colorado Law, Melissa launched her career at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office in Denver County, where she practiced for six years and developed her advocacy skills through nationally recognized training. She has represented both adults and juveniles facing a broad array of charges—including homicide, robbery, sexual assault, drug offenses, DUI, domestic violence, and child abuse—taking more than 50 cases to trial.
